Orka One hearing aids are FDA Registered Exempt Class II medical devices designed to aid people 18 years old and above with mild to moderately severe hearing loss.
Orka One is designed to serve people with mild to moderately severe hearing loss. If you are not sure what your hearing loss level is, take a quick survey to find out if you are the right candidate. Also, feel free to leave us a message to learn more about this process.
Developed with machine-learning algorithms, the AI DeNoise technology empowers the Orka hearing aids by filtering out background noises while enhancing human voices in real-time. With AI DeNoise built in, sound filters in Orka hearing aids can self-adapt to changes that take place in your surroundings. This detects and reduces noises without extra efforts. Orka presents you with a hassle-free experience that's smoother than basic noise reducing preset patterns.
A fully-charged battery provides you with up to 12 hours of usage. With the rechargeable case, the Orka One ensures up to 32 hours of high-quality listening.
There are no additional accessories required. You can stream high quality sounds directly from phone, TV, or other devices that support Bluetooth, from your Orka One hearing aids.
The cost of Orka One is $1490 for one pair. We are now offering Orka Monthly Installments as an alternative payment option for you. You can pay $95 each month over a 18-month term without having to make a one-time purchase at $1490. Warranty & Insurance

Orka offers a free 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing and material defects in the hearing aids and charging case respectively. The warranty will come into effect the date the product is received. It does not affect any legal rights, under the applicable national legislation, governing the sale of consumer goods. A warranty for accessories is not included.

Coverage from insurance companies will vary depending on insurance benefit periods, amounts, and ages. While most insurance companies regard hearing aids as alternatives and offer little to no hearing aid coverage, some insurance companies may still offer a certain level of coverage.

To determine if your health insurance covers hearing aids, check with your individual plan. You may check with your insurance provider to find out more details. Please note that you may require a medical diagnosis of hearing loss administered by a qualified audiologist.

If you are eligible for a hearing aid benefit, you can file a claim for an insurance reimbursement using our official receipt. Orka is happy to provide further assistance if needed. Feel free to contact us. We are always happy to help!

Payment & Order

Of course! Orka Monthly Installments is an alternative payment option to buying Orka hearing aids at full price on the Orka website, where you pay $95 each month over a 18-month term without having to make an one-time purchase at $1490.
You will be charged on a fixed date, or date otherwise agreed upon, every month for 18 consecutive months. Subsequent monthly payments will remain the same as the first monthly payment charged on the day of purchase, which is $95.

If your payment was declined, try placing a new order and double check the following:

  • Contact information (e.g., phone number, email address)
  • Card details (e.g., the expiry date and your billing address)
  • Security code (the 3 digit number on the signature strip on the back of your debit card.)

If your payment is still being declined, please try and use another form of payment. This issue may also be caused by card limits or restrictions. Please contact your financial institution or bank for details. You may contact us. We are always happy to help!

If you didn't receive the order confirmation/invoice email, you may check:

  • Other categories such as social or promotion tabs in your inbox.
  • Your spam folder in the inbox.

Shipping & Return

Orka hearing aids are expected to be delivered in 3-10 business days once you place the order. It will take us 1 to 2 business days to process the order, and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your order's tracking number in it.
Please do an inspection on the package upon arrival. Orka will consider your signature as your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. If the package is damaged or deformed, please contact us before signing or opening the package. If items are found missing or damaged after receiving the package, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery.

You may follow the steps below to track your order:

  1. Go to hiorka.ca.
  2. Log into your account, click 'Account' in the top right corner.
  3. Select 'My Orders' to view your order status.

You will also receive order confirmation email and shipping updates in your email. If you experience any difficulties during the process, please contact us. We are always happy to help!

You could return our products any time within the 45-day trial period after you receive Orka One. We do not charge restocking fees or any other hidden fees in the return process. As long as you have notified us either via email, phone, or through chat, within the 45-day risk-free trial period, and the package is returned intact, you will receive the full refund. Your refund will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your package. A confirmation email will be sent over to you once your refund is processed. It usually takes 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment option. If your refund is delayed, please contact your payment institution directly. Try-On at home for 21 days with zero upfront payments and free shipping and return! You can keep Orka at the end of your Try-On for as low as $95/mo. for 18 months.

To place a Free Try-On order, please firstly complete a survey to see if you are a candidate. If you are qualified, you will get a free try-on code once you finish the survey. We will also email the code to the address you leave on our website. Then, you can go back to our product page, place your "FREE HOME TRY-ON" order with this code.
The 21-day free Home Try-On starts the day you receive the Orka One. It is completely free with no obligations, and you can receive all the remote services as well. If you decide to return it within the trial period, let us know via email, and we will send you a pre-paid return label to ship it back. No additional fees will be charged during the 21-day Try-On period.
During the trial period you can always go to My Account->My Order, and then choose to pay in full or by monthly installments and then it's all yours.
You can stop the trial any time within the 21 Try-On period by emailing us or leaving us an online message. We will send you a pre-paid return label. You can use it to send Orka back with no additional fees.

Remote Care

Getting hearing aids is not an once-and-for-all solution. Complementary services are equally important to make sure your hearing aids are perfectly tailored to your own lifestyle and preferences. That's where Orka Remote Care comes into play, serving you every step of the way from virtual unboxing, hearing health consultations to remote fitting and technical support, all of which can be done digitally with no office visits required.

During a remote unboxing session, you have a video meeting with Orka's audiologists, where they show you all the necessary steps to quickly get started with the hearing aids, including:

  • How to wear Orka hearing aids?
  • How to choose the right domes?
  • How to connect to Bluetooth on smart devices?
  • How to use Orka App?
  • How to do daily maintenance?
  • Suggestions about hearing aids usage.

FYI: The session is completely flexible and our audiologist is there to answer whatever your question is.

The first fit of your hearing aids is just the beginning. There is this adaption stage that each user will have to go through when they start wearing the devices. While some may get used to them very quick, it takes longer for others. And the follow-up consultations are there to get your hearing aids checked upon by audiologists so that they can make adjustments to the devices and make sure the adaptation goes on smoothly for you.
We provide 1 remote unboxing session and 2 follow-up remote consultations, all for free, to offer help whenever you need. And you always have unlimited access to other remote care services including: in-app hearing test, fine-tuning, tech-support, and follow-up audiologist consultation sessions.

There are 3 ways to have your hearing aids adjusted by our audiologists.

  1. Book a remote fitting session via the Orka Health app and receive real-time adjustments to your hearing aids, where you can immediately sense the changes and decide which works best.
  2. Tell us how you feel about the current performance of your hearing aids and what are the parts that you wish to be improved via email, and our audiologist will make adjustments accordingly and let you know when it's done.
  3. Take the in-app hearing test to get a new hearing profile and have it applied to your hearing aids via the app. This is recommended when you don't have a valid audiogram.
Your Orka box comes with all the necessary accessories including wax guards, domes and brushes. During the remote unboxing session, Orka audiologist will demonstrate how to do the daily cleaning and maintenance using these accessories. You can also refer to our how-to video series for help. Yes. Tinnitus will affect your test results by making it harder for you to identify the sounds you hear during the test. We suggest you schedule a call with us after the test to discuss the results and further actions to take.
None of the online hearing tests can replace a professional clinical hearing test in the current marketplace. Our online hearing test is developed by a team of leading sound engineers and audiologists. It can provide insights into your hearing ability and let you know if Orka can help with your hearing loss. You can use the results to get a customized hearing solution with Orka hearing aids, including a series of follow-up services provided by our licensed audiologists.
You don't need to take the online hearing test again if you got your clinical-based audiogram within one year. We suggest that you take a clinical hearing test every year.
